I know you hadn’t thought about it but you should continue to workout while on a vacation. The workout doesn’t have to be long or everyday.
As long as the workout is effective, to maintain your progress. Just pack one workout outfit and you have succeeded in half the discipline.
If you view your workout like eating while on vacation, it will seem less like a chore. You could do something different while on vacation to make it interesting.
Vacations are exciting and fun but you don’t want to undo all of your progress while out of town.
I am on vacation and I will be working out because I need to stay focused. When you think long term the 30 minutes or an hour doesn’t seem so bad.
