Planks are a completely amazing exercise for your core. I must admit, I absolutely hate doing them.
The Plank is such a challenging exercise that I just have not mastered. I mastered the burpee, why haven’t I mastered the plank?
I believe it’s because a burpee is in motion and doesn’t require the muscles to fire and burn while holding like the plank.
At my best, I can hold a plank between 30 and 40 seconds, its just one of those challeging exercises.
I will not quit until I reach 60 seconds but I will hate it every step of the way!
Its like eating kale. I know it’s good for me but I just don’t like it.
So, I will keep doing the plank because I know it is good for my body. But I don’t have to like it.
