Have you ever had one of those days? You know those days where you were busier than you expected.
On these days you made a list of things to do but didn’t consider how long it would take to do them. I have days like that and normally something gets left out.
Most of the time it is my workout, why because it requires my full attention. I know I shouldn’t miss it but I can make it up another day.
This is all due to poor planning. Giving enough time to each activity would resolve the lack of time issue.
Working on large projects or tasks should be done on non-workout days. This would help avoid the over scheduling problems.
