21 Day Fix

I am headed to Hawaii and I am wearing a bikini on the beach.  That’s right a bikini on the beach.  No matter what size, shape or weight, everyone feels insecure on the beach.  So I am toning up and losing 5 pounds before my vacation.  Let’s face it, everyone gains weight on vacation.  I will be working out everyday of the week.  I will try to accomplish a 30 minute video everyday for the next 3 weeks.  I won’t beat myself up if I don’t because I work full time and sometimes life will get in the way but I love to accomplish a goal!  Goals and challenges are fun because at the end you feel accomplished when you reach them.  You feel like you have what it takes to make things happen.
